I have a 3d Printer, can I print one?

As of now, I do not offer or sell the files I use to create this antenna.  Maybe sometime in the future.

Filled Nylon can be tricky to print, it must be printed out of a drybox and I continually dry the filament at 70*C while printing and have an insulated enclosure the allows for suitable chamber temperatures to promote quality parts.  The filament itself costs between 60-110$ a roll

Heat inserts are done with a custom heat set press with special made tips to accommodate the large size for the 3/8-24 inserts.

A custom winding jig was made to physically make the coils and wrap the stainless wire around the body while maintaining tension on it.

By the time you got all setup to make a single coil, you would have spent enough to buy multiple of my coils, and gotten a warranty too!
